A good study of obsession and warped reality. The narration was a constant annoyance though. A good voice ruined by almost constant swallowing sounds, lip smacking and 'acting' which frequently resulted in bad inflection and inappropriate pauses. I stuck with it because the story is gripping.

Terrible narration, sounds like someone trying to do an English accent and failing. Badly written trashy novel, l returned it before the end of the first chapter.

A good book spoilt by poor sound quality. At times l could barely here it plus shabby chapter editing. A shame because it was well narrated and a gripping plot albeit a bit unfeasible.

I loved this, beautifully woven story but really bought alive by the narrator. Very unusual book, you can sense the main characters frustration, an emotional journey as well as an intriguing one, genius!
