I've never been afraid of the dark...but that doesn't mean I wanted to live in it. Maybe everyone wants what they can't have, but I should've thought it over before I unlocked the door to their forbidden world. Number One is mostly silent. He watches me very carefully. Number Two is mostly gentle. But it's the other side of him I like best. Number Three is mostly reserved. It was carnal, it was sensual, and it was erotic. That's it. That's all it was supposed to be. A trip into the dark. A peek into the forbidden. I just didn't expect to like them.

Whoah. Hot stuff. I’m talking scorching hot. Yet, beneath all the sexy bits (it’s basically in the title), there is actually an emotional storyline. Three completely opposite, super sexy men, two completely mixed up women, and a game involving sex, feelings and fantasies. A story to get completely lost in. One question I always ask myself when I read these kind of stories - do clubs like this really exist? My naivety says no, but who knows, something tells me I’m wrong . Book one focuses mainly on Marchella and Smith and their secret desires and past experiences. Wonderful writing, story, and the narration, well the narration was perfect. Joe Arden AND Sebastian York. Hell yeh. Ava Erickson and Tad Branson too, were perfect. Looking forward to officially meeting Rochelle in book 2.

Flash forward a few months; Lori lands an internship at the firm of Cat's husband. Lori walks into a conference room to find her new boss, Cole Brooks, one of the partners, is her one-night prince charming.

Two books in and I’m loving this Dirty Rich series. Super rich, super hot attorneys with ethics, what’s not to love? When Lori Havens meets Cole Brooks in a local bar, she thinks he’s in town on business (which he is), and when they end up having a one night stand (something she has never done), she thinks she will never see Cole again. Fast forward a few months and Cole Brooks discovers the one night stand he’s been desperately searching for is his new intern. A wonderfully written story with some funny moments, a little bit of drama, a few twists and turns and lots of sexy time. Enjoyable characters, addictive story and an all round highly enjoyable romance.

Dirty rich one night stand. That's all it was supposed to be. He's the powerful attorney, now world-renowned after coming off the trial of a century which was publicized across the country. And I'm one of the reporters that sat in his courtroom. I watched him, studied him, got to know him from afar which isn't hard since I know his exact brand of confidence, arrogance, and wealth. I know his type. I've dated his type. Which is why when I happen to come face to face with him, when sparks fly and heat simmers between us, I know what happens if I say yes to Reese Summer.

I loved this story. Rich, alpha and super sexy attorney Reese Summer, whilst in the middle of the case of the century meets the woman of his dreams, who it turns out is reporting on said case. Sparks fly and panties melt as Cat realises Reese is after a lot more than just ‘one and done’. Cat just needs to start trusting, and I think Reese might just be the one to restore her faith in men and relationships. Reese is going to have to work for it though, and when Cat’s family also try to interfere with their would be relationship, they both have a lot of soul searching to do. Wonderful story, characters and writing. Narration from the brilliant Joe Arden was spot on.

Sweet romance following 38 year old Quinn Kingsley (gosh how I love these brothers), as he starts a ‘would be’ relationship with his new Italian tutor, 22 year old Alessandra. Sadly the older Kingsley brother is not going to be getting his HEA because Alessandra has got her heart set on moving to Italy. A wonderful easy romance, I loved both Alessandra and Quinn (I also loved the banter with his brothers), I loved that there was an age gap between them. The writing was spot on, the narration was perfect (I adore Joe Arden), I just enjoyed.

Every family has rules, the mafia just has more. Do not speak to the bosses unless spoken to. Do not make eye contact unless you want to die. And above all else, do not fall in love. Renee Cassani's future is set. Her betrothal is set. Her life, after nannying for the five families for the summer, is set. Somebody should have told Vic Colezan that. He's a man who doesn't take no for an answer. And he only wants one thing. Her. Somebody should have told Renee that her bodyguard needed as much discipline as the kids she was nannying. Good thing Vic has a firm hand.

How have I overlooked Viv and Renee in previous books? Were they not mentioned? Or was I too involved with other characters to notice? I loved Vic, who vowed an oath to protect the family and remain celibate! An impossible situation with the temptation of the family nanny Renee. Perfect writing, as usual, a wonderful story, forbidden romance at its best. Of course there’s a secret, I was completely blown away when it all came out. 50% predicted, 50% blindsided. I did not see that coming. With wonderful characters, I just can’t get enough of the Elite guys, they are hilarious, I mean they have me laughing out loud when they’re in a room together. Love them, and can’t wait for more. David Brenin narrated perfectly.

To survive where I live, you have two options. You can be a Normal - a cheerleader, jock, member of the debate team, or on the yearbook committee. You pretend everything is normal. Or you can be crew. You insult us? We hurt you. You hurt us? We really hurt you. And if you f--k with us, we will end you. My name is Bren. I'm the only female in the Wolf Crew - the best, fiercest, and most dangerous crew there is - and we have a rule: There's no falling in love. Well...too late.

You know the feeling. You start a book, and from that very first page you know. You just know that you’re gonna love it. Well that was me with ‘The Boy I Grew Up With’. I’ve not had that feeling for a while, but thank you Tijan. It’s back! I fecking loved Channing and Heather. I was expecting good, great even, what I got was even better, it blew all my preconceived notions out of the window. It literally blew me away! We got a glimpse of Heather and Channing in Fallen Crest, and then again in Crew, but nothing prepared me for all the feels, the emotions, the never wanting a book to finish feeling I haven’t had in what feels like forever. The book starts in the middle of their, oh so complicated relationship, whilst they are currently ‘not together’. The story takes us through their very tumultuous, yet emotional relationship from when they met in fifth grade to the present day. The synopsis says it all, so I won’t duplicate it in my review. I will tell you that this is one of my top reads this year, that the writing was perfect, and the story was full of passion, action, lots of drama, sexy times, and yes again, that word, emotion. I loved it. Also two different book covers, one for ebook, and one for paperback. I love them both. Oh, and that bonus scene! I almost missed it. Perfection. I couldn’t have asked for more in a romance novel. Excellent narration from Therese Plummer, she completely nailed Bren. A full five stars.

Ten years after Simone Payton broke his heart, all Roscoe Winston wants is a doughnut. He'd also like to forget her entirely, but that's never going to happen. Roscoe Winston remembers everything - every look, every word, every single unrequited second - and the last thing he needs is another memory of Simone. Unfortunately, after one chance encounter, Simone keeps popping up everywhere he happens to be....

Loved. Loved. Loved. My heart ached for Roscoe Winston and the love he had for Simone Payton, who I have to say, I did not like in the beginning. I thought she was hard faced and cruel, but, give it a few chapters and of course I warmed up to her. To be honest, she was clueless about life and love. Her job, she was brilliant at, a superb agent. Feelings, no clue. Roscoe however was completely in touch with his feelings, and his memories, he just wished he wasn’t. Struggling with a broken heart for so long takes its toll on a person. The Winston brothers, as ever, had me grinning to myself, I love these guys and it’s alway great checking in with them, I forgot how anal Cletus is. Roscoe though, just takes everything in his stride, apart from Simone that is. Daddy dearest also makes another appearance in this story and the Iron Order as I’ve grown to expect, stirs up some trouble. A wonderfully written story (as always from Ms Reid) with a number of unexpected twists and turns, sweet with a little suspense and wonderful characters. The audio version worked so well for me, Chris Brinkley and Chloe Miller were just as I imagined Roscoe and Simone to sound.

It all started with a mysterious blue note sewn into a wedding dress. Something blue. I’d gone to sell my own unworn bridal gown at a vintage clothing store. That’s when I found another bride’s “something old.” Stitched into the lining of a fabulously feathered design was the loveliest message I’d ever read: Thank you for making all of my dreams come true. The name embossed on the blue stationery: Reed Eastwood, obviously the most romantic man who ever lived. I also discovered he’s the most gorgeous. If only my true-love fantasies had stopped there.

Not what I was expecting. I thought it would be the same old egotistical alpha jerk chasing, beautiful, strong willed jilted bride to be. It wasn’t! It was so much more. Although it wasn’t a complete sobfest, it was highly emotional and I did shed a tear or two. I adored Reed Eastwood, I didn’t agree with all his choices or decisions, but I adored him all the same. The chemistry between him and Charlotte Darling (with a capital D), was brilliant. They were so funny together, their sense of humours just clicked. I laughed, I cried and I loved. Supporting characters, too, were perfect. Wonderful writing (no surprise there). I was rooting for these two from the get-go, and that was before all the curveballs got thrown. I listened to this on audible and although I’m very well acquainted with Sebastian York, Lynn Barrington is new to me. She did not disappoint.

Picture this - I’m ready to win back the love of my life, and I’m going big this time. We’re talking boom box, sing her name in the rain, let the whole damn neighborhood know I'm good and ready this time around. After all, if you're going to grand gesture the ever-loving hell out of a second chance, you need to pull out all the stops. There’s only one little problem. My college girlfriend isn't the one who shows up when I play my "I'll do anything to win you back" tune. The woman who flings open the second-floor window tells me my ex doesn’t live here anymore.

Opposites most definitely attract in this cliched romantic comedy. A lovely story, no angst, great characters and a tried and tested storyline. Kyler really is clueless when it comes to women and most definitely relationships, but with the help of his new companion Finley, he’ll be able to win back his college sweetheart. As you may have guessed, by the end of their road trip to meet the illusive ex girlfriend, both Kyler and Finley have found much common ground and are desperately fighting the attraction they feel for the other, lying to themselves is not really working. I love the writing, the movie references are truly wonderful, once they got past their differences they really were a match made in heaven. Unconventional start and an unconventional journey leading to a wonderful movie moment finish. Narrated perfectly by Joe Arden and Andi Arndt.

Zane Phillips mistook me for his dog walker. It shouldn’t surprise me that the man with a suit more expensive than my rent would assume that I was there to serve him. The positive? I put him in his place. The negative? I missed my job interview because of it. Now I find out he’s a rich Australian entrepreneur, and he wants to make up for tanking my interview. Yes, he’s impossibly hot - but he’s also an arrogant jackass - so...no thanks. But after a little white lie I tell spirals out of control, I’m somehow offered the chance to play Zane’s girlfriend to help promote his new dating website....

Enemies to lovers to so much more. You know the story, just sex, no feelings, they’ll walk away once it’s out of their system, yada, yada, yada. Well that was Zane (super hot and arrogant) and Harlow (gorgeous, with a heart of gold), they meet, misunderstand each other, come to an agreement, lie to the world, fake a relationship and then of course deny their feelings. Fab story, wonderful writing with interesting characters. I loved it, I also loved the narration, I’m not too familiar with either Erin Mallon or Rupert Channing, I’ll most definitely be looking into getting more of their audios.
