Once again, Bryony Gordon absolutely nails it. I listened to this audio book whenever I had a free minute, it was addictive! I’m a massive fan of her and the work she does. Great book, just downloaded a running app and after struggling to get back into it for a while, this book has really helped - ‘when in doubt, run it out!’ Love it!
