Easy listening and enjoyable
Would you consider the audio edition of The Fast Diet to be better than the print version?
I listened to this book whilst sunbathing! It was a perfect way to reinforce what I already knew!

Nothing! I thoroughly enjoyed both narrators!

No, I stopped and started over the period of a few beach days!

My daughter enjoyed parts of this as it gave her more knowledge about the nature of diets and generally changing her eating patterns!
