As a 17-year-old virgin working...for Virgin, Joel Dommett has grand ambitions. Firstly, he is going to swap suburbia for the bright lights of showbiz. Secondly, he is going to find 'the one' - and sets himself the very achievable target of finding her in the first 50 people he's definitely going to sleep with. What follows is a series of disastrous romantic encounters, including carpets mistaken for toilets, futile grand gestures and the catfishing to end all catfishing.

In this book I have attempted to solve each and every one of life's problems. And I have succeeded. Dear Listener, Using letters, emails, tweets and telegrams I will show you how the things in your life that make you sad, low or anxious can soon appear trivial, insignificant and like a fish. In short, I will butter your parsnips.

This book was enjoyable and funny. Great for Lycett fans, filled with some amazing stories about dealing with spam, parking tickets and ISIS. Highly recommend this book. My only drawback is that the actual physical book is filled with pictures which obviously goes lost on an audiobook.

This book was amazing. I'm a big James Acaster fan and this book was one of the funniest audiobooks I've listened to. I couldn't recommend it enough. Laughing out loud down the street as tears begin to form whilst I try to repress laughter listening to these scrapes is one of my fondest moments. If you're a fan of awkward moments and scenarios which could've been solved more efficiently, but weren't, then this is the book for you. If you are an Acaster fan then I implore you to give this a listen. His delivery of these scrapes is some of the funniest dialogue I've listened to.

A really entertaining and interesting listen into Webb's life. Laughs and tears throughout, so much heart and emotion. I listened to this straight after Mitchell's and it was great to resonate with both comics. It really felt nice relating to a lot of Webb's childhood, thoughts and feelings. Highly recommend this. Bryan Cranston landed his first role at seven, when his father, a struggling actor and director, cast him in a commercial. Soon Bryan was haunting the local movie theater, reenacting scenes with his older brother. Acting was clearly his destiny - until one day his father disappeared. As a young man on a classic cross-country motorcycle trip, he found himself stranded at a rest area in the Blue Ridge Mountains. To pass the time, he read a tattered copy of Hedda Gabler, and in a flash he found himself face-to-face with his original calling.

Little did they know that their next roles, in a new science-fiction television series called Star Trek, would shape their lives in ways no one could have anticipated. In 79 television episodes and six feature films, they grew to know each other more than most friends could ever imagine.
