I love Esther. So great I feel like I am getting to shadow a therapy session which is so hard to get a chamce to do. Thank you Esther you should be the Sigmund Freud of relationship psychology. Keep going we need you.

Really loved this book I have been trying to implement reading and exercise into my routine as a way to develop a life long habit. This book is extremely knowledgeable and the last chapter was a great one for me to implement. loved that it didnt drag either.

My sister read this and said it was a pretty good read. It is definetly that. Lots of basic Psychology and a real eye opener. Although it did drag as its a very long but and talk of statistics and data. But definetly no regrets and author knows what your answer is going to be before you do. Makes you realise why you do things the way you do.

A really insightful read used tests online to confirm my personality type. My family enjoyed the insight we gave each other. It would have been five stars had it had a sequel book to follow or actually give guidance as to how to pursue further study or certain jobs. But a really great read.
