I found this book to be very readable and, unlike many books on communication skills, it is born out of real life experience in teaching thousands of couples. Great introduction to one of the most important interpersonal skills: empathy. This is a well-written book with lots of examples that show the author's experience in this area--he comes off knowledgeable without being intimidating. . Finally someone who mentions the importance of dividends when investing in other companies' equity. The investing strategy section of the book is very well explained. I did not even have the basic idea of dividend investing. But now i understood much about the dividend investing. Before landing to the stock market, everybody must listen this book and get great tips on investing This book is really well written. I wanted to learn about investing and earning money. I didn’t have to be sold on the upside to investing in dividend stocks but the book does a decent job of showing how dividends have beaten the stock market game for decades.

This book changed my life. I am now meditating every day and feeling so much better. I was able to substantially tone down the negative voice in my head. I’m so much calmer and I feel less stressed out A very real get to the crux of meditation,no fancy new age stuff book. Just here and now this might help. And it really did. Being a searcher for more than thirty years,this would have been very helpful when I started. And I am still learning. r me too many books on meditation (and mindfulness) are too heavy on religion/spirituality and too light on the basics. I would caution though that this book IS for fidgety skeptic.

I am a practicing counselor that has struggled with low level anxiety forever. . This book offers practical solutions to some situations and can be a useful tool in coupling with either therapy, your doctor or self improvement. Iftem times we buy books like this to have them just incase of the dreaded panic attack. You may never read it. This one is not an expensive paper weitlght. You will actually want to know. I am a practicing counselor that has struggled with low level anxiety forever. In 2010 panic attacks set me back and made me reevaluate a lot of my life. I got passed the panic attacks through therapy but the low level anxiety persisted.
