What a fab' listen. It's nice to have a female lead. who is doing the saving. I'm really sick of books filled with weak female roles. This is not that. All the woman in the book are very different, but strong in their own way (except Vanessa. She's just annoying).

Finally a UK based Apocalypse story!

And such a great one at that. Being from the UK, this story was refreshing and relatable. Rather than the main character being a former soldier, Spy or SAS type, he's just a block dabbling in preparedness.
The vulnerability of the characters was so real and the negation helped to further bring them to life.
I could imagine myself in these situations, reacting in the same ways, fighting with the same decisions.
What a fantastic listen.

This was a fantastic end to the trilogy. However, I hope it's not the last we'll see of Mr Fox and friends. I even love Howard the dog.
There were so many elements to tease me with throughout the trilogy and all questions were wonderfully answered by the end. It's 6.16am but I've just downloaded 'Doomsday'. I need more Akart and Abernethy before I go to sleep.
Thank you.

So well written and read. I loved the American Indian aspect of this story. And now I really want an Akita dog.

I only wish there were more UK based Apocalypse stories. Reading about home makes it so much more real. Can't wait for my next DC Alden read.

Being a London, I found this story terrifying. I listen before I go to bed. When I woke up I'd have to remind myself that I hadn't been watching the news. Loved it!

What else can I say. Chris Abernethy is a fantastic narrator working with excellent stories. I just love this partnership with Bobby Akart.

I love Jakes character but I'm finding Ashby annoying. I know they've been through a lot but still feels like a very mushy relationship. However, I'm really not a romantic.
