I found this book is extremely helpful as I attempt to embrace a more mindful existence. It gives practical ideas of how to view simple ordinary things differently with the goal of being ever present. Excellent book that inspired me to continue reading and practicing mindfulness!

it's easier than you think. My blood sugar level was just bouncing up and down all day because I was always eating. Now I am finally getting it under control and the weight is coming off. This is a great guide to get you started on the road to not just weight loss but also improved health.

A very good book for anyone with social anxiety who wants to learn how to gain the confidence needed. This gave me extra tools to add on specifically for social anxiety and I've seen genuine improvement already. Identifying and avoiding my safety behaviors has helped me a lot.
