Loved the insights provided by Mel within these interviews.
I saw myself in various people who were sharing their stories.
Mel says it like it is with her no BS approach.
The book had me hooked from the outset.
Listened to it at every opportunity until it was completed.
Loved the bonus at the end......you will need to listen to it yourself to find out what this is.
I will listen to this audiobook again and again as there is so much to take from each session.
Definitely a life changer.
Thanks Mel- inspirational as always

Suffering from depression but desperate for 'normality', Rachel Cullen found herself in failing relationships, the wrong career and a reliance on alcohol and chocolate to get her through each day. Stuck in an endless cycle of mental misery, she put on a pair of old trainers. She'd never been able to think of herself as a 'runner' before, and the first time she forced herself out the door, she knew it would hurt. Everywhere. She just didn't realise how much it would heal her, too.

Most organizations and individuals work in the context of annual goals and plans; a 12-month execution cycle. Instead, The 12 Week Year avoids the pitfalls and low productivity of annualized thinking. This book redefines your "year" to be 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, there just isn't enough time to get complacent, and urgency increases and intensifies. The 12 Week Year creates focus and clarity on what matters most and a sense of urgency to do it now.

Outstanding book. Motivational and yet once you understand the theory and principles, is rather obvious.
Helps to clarify blocks and move the reader to the next level in work, physically, mentally and financially.
A good book to help motivate and direct/ manage teams.
Results can be seen almost immediately once the plan has been completed and started.
Helps to focus the mind.

The suggestion within the book are obvious- once you hear them, but most of the time we think too far in front.
James takes each area and gives suggestions for change in bite size chunks.
Motivational.
One of the best books I have read/ heard this year.
Completed the book within 2 days as wanted to find out more- difficult to put the book down.
Lots of tips on how to get motivated and make changes in life, with real life examples.
James looks at the psychology of behaviour and gets it!! He clearly explains why we do - or don't do things and advises on how to make the changes.

Thought provoking.
T. Harv Eker says it as it is - helps with changing our mindset towards life and money in simple steps.
It is worth reading or listening to several times as each time you will read or hear something you never heard / read the time before.
I enjoyed reading the actual book but enjoyed the audio book as i could concentrate more / absorb more.
T. Harv Eker tells the reader to "not believe a word i say" - as everything he is telling the reader is from his own perception and experience.
He talks a lot of sense and the book has to be up there with Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich".
