Five years ago, the US Space Force became a reality. And while those writing the checks took things very seriously, the other military branches did not. As a result, Space Force was populated by undesirables: men and women who made too many mistakes, didn't follow the rules, or...slept with the wrong general's daughter. Three times. On camera. It was a mistake, okay? My name is Captain Ethan Stone, a decorated member of SEAL Team Six turned Space Force "recruit".

Basically if you watch someone playing Fortnight then you've seen the book. Combined that with childish seems of humor, falic aliens and you find yourself board and questioning why your listening to it. If you want a good action placed and funny series listen to Expedition Force not this rubbish.

It’s been a long hard ride for Morgan and everyone. Just when things were starting to look up, the park was attacked, and they lost Bobbie. Danny’s physical wounds were nothing like the emotional loss of Bobbie. It was hard on Mel as well, and the rest of the group also felt the loss. With the attacks on the community becoming a greater threat, they must be dealt with. These attacks must end. But what can the group do against an army with artillery?

really enjoyed the series thus far and eagerly await new installments but starting to think the plot has been b wretched as far as it can go. The episodes are getting shorter with less major happening and plot is starting to edge close to repeating itself with only cosmetic changes.

Great book if your enjoying the series but did find at times it was frustratingly slow and everything that could go wrong, does which just delays the inevitable ending. At times there it's so much going on if you aren't lightening carefully you can lose track of what's happening but overall really enjoyed it.

In the north, the collapsed section of the Wall is defended only by the decimated remains of 2 PARA. Even reinforced by Jameson and the exhausted Royal Marines of One Troop, it's a doomed delaying action at best - and the last choke point in the entire ZA faces an incoming tide of dead stretching to the ends of the Earth. Meanwhile, hunkered down at CentCom, the unified ranks of our heroes, led by Ali and Fick, work furiously to fortify and reinforce what will be humanity's final fallback position - forever.

If your looking at this review you probably have already listed to the other 11 books. This book brings it all back home to England as things go from bad to worse. If you enjoyed the other books you'll enjoy this one. At times the end of the story seems so close yet frustratingly we have to wait to the next book as the story doesn't necessarily move that quickly but still worth it.

while im a fan of Dan Brown's work and did enjoy this story, if you have read or listened to his other works you can easily see where it's come from and thus where it's going.
Still a good book but lacks the originality of his past books.

Morgan and his extended family could see the light at the end of the tunnel, dim though it may be. There was the promise of power once again. The plant was being repaired, and it looked as though it may actually run. While it meant lots of hard, sweaty work, the reward was worth the investment. The farm was growing strong, and community involvement was good. People were finally coming to terms with the fact that they needed to work together. So far Mother Nature had been on their side. But that, too, was about to change.

A great continuation from the previous series bringing back the characters we have seen develop from simple school kids and agents. Set seven years after the end of the last series, the world is once again headed down a dark path faited to repeat previous mistakes with only our team of hero's to stand in the way of the bad guys. If your new to the series think die hard mixed with sci-fi.

This story took a bit of time to get into not helped by the relatively dull monotone if the narrator. If you can get through the first few chapters you'll be hooked with a nervous excitement you'd usually find with a horror story. The story depicts how easily society could break down and I bet by the time you have finished the book you'll have certainly found yourself planning how you'd handle such a disaster & improve your home security.
