A well paced story that keeps you hooked from the very first chapter. Read very well and I'd highly recommend it to children Year 6 upwards.

This beautifully told story allows us to discuss the refugee crisis with young child in a way that makes it accessible. Told through the eyes of a nine year old, this story is a must read for any class, Year 4/5 up. Brought a tear to this teacher's eye and made me very grateful for how lucky I am to live in the UK.

I bought this as it was a daily deal and I thought I'd take a chance. I'm so pleased I did. A beautiful, powerful story about a boy coming to terms with his mother's illness. I was gripped from the very start. Take a chance and get this book!

M.G Leonard really brings her characters to life in this audiobook. Gripping stuff from start to finish.
