this is an exceptionally dry listen. A long list of body parts flatly read. Avoid

I saw this book in Tate Modern which surprised me and was all the endorsement I needed. I no longer have the concentration to read books so audio version perfect and it has been a mini bible voicing lots of the concerns and irritations I'm starting to feel about the connected world and how it makes me feel and behave. It's practical with the lovely lists of how to be in the world and how to manage the often dull face in computer life that I necessarily lead. I read Matt's book about surviving a breakdown, it was the best of it's type and helped me immensely. I recommend this to anyone feeling a bit overwhelmed with digital life who wants permission to both disconnect and reconnect with the real world.
