Extremely informative for novices and "experts" alike, delivered in a very clear and refreshingly humble style.

Thanks Ross

Gut wrenching at times but am I being taken for a ride?
Mixed emotions wanting to believe this. A brilliant footballer without question. Reports in the media from the High Court cover his serial adultery but this book seemingly embarrassingly skips over such episodes. How does a book about his beloved wife not address this? Ferdinand is always at the vanguard of trends. Is this his Re-branding as a wholesome devoted family man too keep him in the mainstream? I hope not. left feeling a tad confused but probably just a product of scepticism on my part. 3Stars

Would you consider the audio edition of Two Hours to be better than the print version?

If not read the print version but felt once the narrator got into it he was very enjoyable

What other book might you compare Two Hours to, and why?

1:59 is a similar topic but two different books. I'd say this one is is better.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

Near the beginning he sounded like he was finding his feet but professional performance

Would you consider the audio edition of A Time of Gifts to be better than the print version?

Wouldn't know

What was one of the most memorable moments of A Time of Gifts?

It's a delightful book which I took a while to finish initially.

Did Crispin Redman do a good job differentiating each of the characters? How?

Yeah he's pretty good.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Just fascinating listening to a guys travels through Euorope before the war

Any additional comments?

I happened to stumble onto another book Natural Born Heroes by Christopher McDougall which blew this book wide open for me. The character is nothing short of a charming James Bond. I urge anyone embarking on this book to listen to Natural Born Heroes first.

An absolutely charming book. I relaxing break from the more gritty novels and non fiction I usually listen to. Has helped make the digging of my own garden a joy. Just a lovely book.

Great to hear how it all works. Daunting

Frightening how entrenched this problem is and daunting thought for any politician wishing to take on such an ugly manipulative beast. It must be done. Living standards are dropping for the majority of people. This must be reversed as soon as possible.

Fascinating and insightful. Questions many ingrained preconceptions I and many others share. Hopefully the authors work here will not be overshadowed by his previous journalistic embarrassments. The book encourages us to look at our world as it actually is not how we kid ourselves it is. You have to ask if it's a war on drugs who is winning? Fascinating book and a valuable contribution to real positive change.
