A book about procrastination. Don't buy it.

After reading ' Money' by the same author, in which I eventually found just a couple of golden nuggets that made the book worth reading (actually, you may as well skip the entire first 60%) I felt as though the author needed another chance. So, I bought 'Start now, Get perfect later'. Using Rob's own language, this book is a crap waste of time. Just go and read real business books about 'Minimal Viable Products', instead. Enjoy my money, Rob.

Story
Power struggles have a constant presence in Martin Sixsmith's story of Russia. Collected here in 50 episodes, he chronicles the Mongol hordes invading in the 13th century, through the iron autocratic fists of successive tsars, to the fall of the Soviet Union and Russia's re-emergence as a superpower. Sixsmith brings his first-hand experience of reporting from Russia in the 1980s and 90s to his narrative, witnessing the critical moment when the Soviet Union lost its grip on power.

The "mind-reading" system that is revolutionizing online business. Do you know how to find out what people really want to buy? (Not what you think they want, not what they say they want, but what they really want?) The secret is asking the right questions - and the right questions are not what you might expect. Ask is based on the compelling premise that you should never have to guess what your prospects and customers are thinking.

Struggled with 4 chapters of bull.... can a book smack of narcissism? Plain spam would be more tolerable. Request a refund. Buy another book. By all accounts the millions upon millions in revenue these guys refer to with boring monotony, wtf write a book??? oh, I get it, to share their secrets with the world.... give me a break! It's The Emperor's New Clothes story all over again.... if you don't know it look it up, it's a better story and I don't think a PhD or Fortune 500 was mentioned once in any attempt to garner providence. FFS this doesn't even squeeze me into the very wide end of a poorly founded light entertainment worth hanging in for. Cut this loose and move on.

Story
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

Seriously, Mike's won me over.... by the time I reached chapter 3, I knew the value in his offering was worth holding on for... so, I adjusted to his humour. This is a very enjoyable, and condensed alternative to M. Port's 'Book Yourself Solid, M. Gerber's 'E Myth' and Dan Priestley's slick funnel of books. Also, endearingly smooth in his own way..... now I'm compelled to read his other books! ... and visit his website! ... oh no.... YES, I have actually started implementing the Pumpkin Plan! Day 2 and ALREADY seeing desirable results :-) Thanks for sharing your perspective, Mike (No, we're not related and this is an honest review by a verifiable reader of Audible)

Beautiful prose besides, this book should be prescribed reading for e everybody.... or narration for those that find reading a chore or a bore. It's messages are many and essential to saving so much wasted time and emotion spent on an otherwise haphazard journey of life.
