Marcus Theron taught me how to look at the shadow part of me and embrace those dark parts of me that were trying to tell me something about my behaviors. I really loved Marcus how he teaches you to recognize those dark parts of you that are lurking around destroying everything you have built and how the ego part of one, is out of control, but you can take control of that ego and let it teach you how to become wary of others who choose to make the dark side control them and their thoughts. Marcus as always is brilliant and informative and brings light into the darkness of our very Souls. Courageous Audible!

I went through sections of this audible with a therapist years ago and it was helpful but it's been even more beneficial to me going through it again at my own pace. If you know yourself and you are dedicated to improving your anxiety I think this will work for you.

I enjoyed hearing this audible. I already knew I was an endomorph, and that weight lifting was the best exercise for me. I have lifted weights in the past and loved the results. I have fallen off the wagon, and this audible has motivated me to start lifting again — useful information on supplements.
