Wow what a powerful book. How insightful. I really recommend listening to this book. Russel Brand at his best. and what a brave person he is. I think that fact is not accredited to him often enough.

I just wish it was something new from her as she is so intuitive. Great top up book to remind us how great the first two books were. Jen continues to inspire me. not new content though x

I would recommend starting with Socrates then go to Plato's book. it will all flow better. I am now eager to learn more about Socrates and his theories.

Ruby Wax is such a legend in her own right. I watched the episode of 'who do you think you are' that she did with the BBC. Ruby reflects on this in this book towards the end. she reflects beautifully. I loved the input from the monk and neuroscientist at the end of each chapter. it was a fantastic listen from start to finish. I need to figure out how to listen to each mindfulness exercise individually, in chapter 11. not too sure on this app?. I highly recommend this book. After all it's written by an Oxford graduate ✌

I liked how easily the author explains his four agreements. Especially 'don't take things personally'. The way he explains How to do this in the book is fantastic. I found myself nodding in agreement throughout this book. It's short and very sweet.

I listened to this book for a solid two days (life schedule allowing) and it made me laugh my bum off!!, in a shop full of people. It's so uplifting and powerful and not preachy at all. 5* from me!
