Katie Brenner has the perfect life: a flat in London, a glamorous job, and a supercool Instagram feed. Okay, so the truth is that she rents a tiny room with no space for a wardrobe, she has a hideous commute to a lowly admin job, and the life she shares on Instagram isn't really hers. But one day her dreams are bound to come true, aren't they? Until her not-so-perfect life comes crashing down when her megasuccessful boss, Demeter, gives her the sack. All Katie's hopes are shattered.

Her throne awaits ... if she can live long enough to take it. It was on her nineteenth birthday that the soldiers came for Kelsea Glynn. They'd come to escort her back to the place of her birth – and to ensure she survives long enough to be able to take possession of what is rightfully hers. But like many nineteen-year-olds, Kelsea is unruly, has high principles and believes she knows better than her elders.

I really enjoyed this story, there are so many sub plots left to be explored and I’m excited to see what happens.

Also, I ship Penn and Kels!

Andie has a plan. And she always sticks to her plan. Future? A top-tier medical school. Dad? Avoid him as much as possible (which isn't that hard considering he's a congressman and he's never around). Friends? Palmer, Bri, and Toby - pretty much the most awesome people on the planet. Who needs anyone else? Relationships? No one's worth more than three weeks. So it's no surprise that Andie's got her summer all planned out, too.
