I was really looking forward to reading this and listening to it but and there is a but, the first chapter was just a rehash of the original which was unnecessary and I found the author was putting words into Holmes or Watson that Conan Doyle would never have done. Very disappointed as i was really looking forward to this book.

What would have made In the Company of Sherlock Holmes better?

I was so looking forward to listening to this what a major let down there is nothing about Sherlock at all. This was a horrible audio book do not waste your money getting this.

What was most disappointing about Laurie R. King and Leslie S. Klinger ’s story?

And
There was nothing about the sherlock Holmes that was at all recognisable.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Off putting definitely the Sarah peretsky

I enjoyed the stories and bill Wallace reading them it really was so like the way that Leo Mckern made Rumpole his own congrats to Mr Wallace.
