An amazing look into past, present and future. Remarkable writing, language and history combined so well with storytelling, you expect to look up and find yourself in Eurasia. It dazzles and baffles all at once, you start talking aloud!... Then, you remember when this was written and you're dazzled and baffled all over again.

Hilarious and wonderfully moving!!

A brilliantly written, beautifully imagined story that humorously conveys the world of loneliness, guilt and depression, eloquently. So it has every right to be a little emotional and tear-jerking as it examines a small aspect of what loneliness is and how it can affect us. But if you snooze, you loose, it's a page turning, binge-listening triumph!
Brilliantly vivid characters, locations, conversations and laugh-out-loud funny. Eleanor is a character that is simultaneously funny and poignant .....A Must!

Excellent!
Thought provoking, heart felt and truly insightful. A wonderful dive into the experiences that affect change and directly shape our personalities and who we become. Even if it just makes you think about and analyse who you turned out to be, this book is a must!

A wonderfully researched and detailed portrait of life, family and power. A very unique look at the complexity in discrimination, racism and difference.
This final book in the trilogy is not only captivating and thoroughly educational, its enthrawling, romantic and packed with adventure and excitement.
Excellently performed and a very enjoyable listen!

A Beautiful story of old-timey romance in the world of magic and illusion. A time transporting masterpiece filled with design, architecture, and as much imagery as you can handle. Elegant and lovingly read, it sits in its own world and invites you to be the witnesses to an elaborate game of life and death, love and sorrow, joy and delight.

A very original story with a mature Alice in wonderland adventure air to it. Interesting, kept me guessing to the end.

A beautiful dedication to needless death. This story is engaging and easy to follow. While much of the Yoruba language and various dialogue was not spoken with enough accuracy, it did not deflect from the action and power of the tale. Compelling and very well told.
