After struggling with my partner for one year, I thought it would be impossible to repair our relationship. It can get really worse and if you don't look for help, you can destroy your relationship. This book helped me!

For less than a two hour commitment, you can learn be your own best friend again, and turn off that negative voice in your head. Highly recommended for great self-esteem.

This is a really great audio book. I occasionally have some issues falling asleep and this audio does the trick. It helps you "sort" your problems away and really relax.

I know I suffer from this type of anxiety. And I have to tell you I have been evaluating myself way better since reading this book. I now keep a journal to track my behaviors and thoughts throughout the day. It has really come in handy. This book is indeed a lifesaver.
