Don’t waste your time. It’s absolutely useless. It’s like the inspirational quote version of a pod cast. Maybe if you’re not actually mentally ill it would...na even then I wouldn’t bother. Do yourself a favour and get a decent book, new mood journal by David burns or something else like that.

Really great reading
The only thing I could possibly be picky about is the annoying music between chapters. The book and the narration was perfect.
