The Pick, the Spade and the Crow
- By: Bill Rogers
- Narrated by: Anne Flosnik
- Length: 9 hrs and 21 mins
When the body of a man is discovered in woodlands outside Manchester, a ten-year missing-persons investigation can finally be filed away. But this was no ordinary death: gagged, bound and buried alive, he was the victim of a sophisticated and sadistic killer. And there is something else that has the National Crime Agency puzzled. A single character carved into a nearby tree.
Could not stand the weird narration voice

Didn’t enjoy this narration at all
The story was spoiled by what I felt was poor narration. The reader didn’t bring it to life at all. initially I thought I was hearing text to speech. Some pronunciation was inaccurate which was disappointing. Narration aside, the story was well constructed and enjoyable.
