I was hoping this would be as gripping as child 44 but wasn't quite up to it. still a good listen though.

I've never been a diehard King fan. Yes I've enjoyed the odd story, yes I loved IT, but who doesn't.? my only exposure to King had been the screen adaptations. I think it was my girlfriend who suggested this series on a recommendation she recalled. so I gave book one a try. I nearly gave up on it but by the end I was hungry for the next instalment

so here I am at this book. what did I not. like about. well I wasn't sure about how he named check another author. and himself. to me it seems pointless. or is it? maybe I'll find out differently. what I loved was every thing else. this book was 27 hours but it didn't feel that way. now I want more. tomorrow is my pay day. 4 days later is my new credit day. I'm not waiting and I'm just buying the next book. if your mulling around and looking for an inspiration for a purchase you won't go wrong with this. God I hope the film is as good.

this is the longest audio book I've listened to except maybe lord of the rings. it didn't feel long and was a joy. I'm gonna be sad when this series ends. don't miss it
