I really loved this book. I've heard Aubrey a lot before on his podcast or others, and once I heard he was releasing a book I knew I needed to listen to it.
I was not disappointed. It was fantastic and I have already started putting the advice into action.

Amazing account of a great story. Very well read, I felt like it captured the feelings and thoughts of the author exactly.
Will definitely be recommending this to lots of friends and family.

Really enjoyed this book. The narration was good, especially considering its a translation, and the story is very interesting.

This book was absolutely fantastic. It's written very well because all the information is easy to understand and digest even if you don't know the science.
Would recommend for anyone looking to make a positive lifestyle change through diet.
