I'm an anti anxiety coach and hypnotherapist and this work deepened my understanding of the dis-ease massively. I simply cannot recommend this book enough to anyone with anxiety or depression. I love the research and the evidence in this book - there are so many ah ha moments. It's a real game changer and should be on the reading list in schools! It makes you realise that depression and anxiety is mainly a social issue and that it's not our fault. He says we are so cut off from our natural state that depression is literally grief about this very fact. Johann thank you for writing such an amazing book! Your hard work and dedication to this work oozes within it's pages.

In this truly inspirational audio book, Anita Moorjani relates how, after fighting cancer for almost four years, her body began shutting down - overwhelmed by the malignant cells spreading throughout her system. As her organs failed, she entered into an extraordinary near-death experience (NDE) where she realized her inherent worth... and the actual cause of her disease. Upon regaining consciousness, Anita found that her condition had improved so rapidly that she was released from the hospital within weeks - without a trace of cancer in her body!

What an incredible book. As somebody with anxiety, burnout and sciatica I can completely relate to what Anita talks about in surrendering and letting go. Her experience seems incredible and I'm so grateful to her for writing this book. Thank you Anita for your bravery and courage to take your story out into the world. Let's hope this message becomes mainstream within our lifetime xx

How much love do you have for yourself? Not the narcissistic "aren't I wonderful?" kind of love but the essential regard for self that empowers you and helps you navigate through life. The type of love that enables you to feel safe and secure in who you are and inspires you to make choices that are good for your authentic self. When scientist David Hamilton realized that his own lack of self-love was sabotaging him in hundreds of subtle ways and more than a handful of major ways, he devised an experiment using himself as the guinea pig.

Wonderfully narrated by David himself in his charming scottish accent. Brilliant stories to back up his points and it's laden with scientific evidence. I've been practicing the visualisation on my sciatic nerve and been practicing self compassion. It's absolutely working.... I've learnt so much and am able to give so much more now to my anti anxiety clients. I've been shouting about this book all over social media and hope to see him in the flesh one day.
