I love the way the plans are anything but difficult to follow and basic. This is an extraordinary book for somebody who is new to this kind of diet

The book offers a good overview of what meditation is and its benefits (relief of stress, anxiety and sleeplessness, among other benefits) along with practical ways to implement meditation into your daily routine.
