...But there are some useful tips (even if they are somewhat clichéd). Unfortunately, you can tell the author is from a sales background, from the opportunities taken to promote quite a lot of websites and brands, including his own. I did like the fact that the book is read by the author - that is always a good thing. There is no waffle and the book is a good length. There was a summary at the end of the book, of the main points covered, which was really useful.
