These recordings work a bit like Pimsleur, giving you a phrase and then breaking it down with a lot of repitition. Unlike Pimsleur, this is easier to listen to again and again because it is set to music. However, there are a couple of problems. Some of the phrases in French are spoken quickly, which of course is quite good, but then not properly broken down into the separate sounds. So you are left guessing how to say the word. It would have been okay if there was a booklet to download, so you could check it in writing, but sadly there isn't one.

A good idea, but failed in execution

There was obviously a lot of theory and planning behind this course. Learn German while singing along. However, in the end several problems make it fairly useless. It is not clear what level should be using it. The character in the course has studied German before. The topics are very basic, but the very first words introduced are quite longish (e.g. kennenzulernen). And finally, the music sounds like a cheesy broadway show...
