At times it felt like a readout of a workout program, and I had to skip large sections. Disappointing, as I thought the original BLS was excellent.

The reader could have done a little research which would have made this book so much better. It was very frustrating to listen to at times due to the lack of research. For example, twenty two SAS instead of two two, an R.I.B in stead of a RIB, etc etc etc there are many like this and I found it quite annoying.
