I enjoyed the action and also the description of moral citizens and how they fall to heresy.

my biggest negative... If i have to hear lemun russ tank pronounced lemon russ one more time il be begging for the emperors peace. the narrator did a good job but clearly was unaware of some parts of the lingo. stassssis field was another one..

Really struggled to follow some parts of this story and was lost a few times with characters. Strange jumps in the narrative that weren't really made clear. I don't actually know what the overall ending was.. I'm sure I'm missing some bits..
Some good parts with demonic descriptions etc but pretty weak overall.

Lived how this was performed. The narrator did an awesome job selling the different characters. Really enjoyed the story in general, good plot and action without to many drawn out sections. One of my favourites

Great story, characters and narration. Not one of the several branches of story bored me, and it really led up well to the final conflicts. Great book

Some sections were difficult to get through.. A hell of alot of setup for the mission. I don't mind hearing about ship life etc but so many missed oppurtunities for something interesting and a few unanswered questions.

I did enjoy this book on the whole, and the end justified the build up. Gaunt is a good main character

Loved the narration

Or close to it.. At least. I think it really added to the character of the primaris marines. Not so wooden as other novels. Really enjoyed the book as a whole. But would of liked to know what Happened to the female infantry after being stamped on.. Didn't sound like a concrete end..

Enjoyed this very much, Toby Longworth at his best.

Confused by the two reading errors about an hour or two in but loved it anyway.
