Well researched and well delivered. This is an excellent summary of anxiety and depression. I was enthralled throughout. This is an excellent summary of the evidence-base of present and novel treatments for these debilitating conditions.

Here David Suchet reads from the "post-gospel" chapters and verse of the bible - i.e. St Pauls' s life and letters. He is an excellent narrator, the words flowing nicely. It was soothing listening to this in the car to and from work, a bit like thought for the day but better!

Only slight criticism is that the selection of parts of the bible includes some of the more obscure passages, which personally, are less useful than the obvious grandeur of Corinthians etc.
