What did you like most about Fatigue: Overcome Chronic Fatigue?

Instead of going straight into how to combat fatigue and low energy levels, the author begins by explaining why we feel tired and the many possible causes for this. The explaination helps a listener to understand why the are feeling fatigued, which then in turn helps them to overcome it.
The different steps for overcoming fatigue are extremely helpful, from changing your lifestyle to improving your diet. I have now learnt that drinking coffee or red bull is not the best for my energy levels, as although it gives you a boost, this is then followed by a crash. Since finishing this book I have been trying out the techniques mentioned and after just a few days, I am beginning to feel my energy levels rising and my motivation is improving, I am now on my way to living life to the fullest.

What made the experience of listening to Pain Management: Ultimate Pain Relief Guide the most enjoyable?

The real-life tips on how to deal with pain and prevent it from ruining your life. There are a range of different techniques to try out, as not every strategy works for every person. From natural to medical and exercising to diet, the author explains that pain is not just bad luck, but there are many reasons why people get pain.

It makes it easier to understand pain when it is explained in detail. When you understand the causes and reasons for it, you realise that there are chances to dismiss it and overcome the fear of pain. Since trying out the prevention techniques, I have learnt to deal better with pain in general and I no longer fear it, I am ready to overcome it and feel better all the time.

I have been using a lot of Ace McCloud's books to deal with the problems in my life and try to move forward. His books are very positive and offer many solutions to negativity and difficulties in life. Yes as listening to the inspirational ideas is much more effective.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Inspiration: Harnessing the Power of Inspiration for True Greatness?

Each section of the book contains ideas and techniques to change for the better and get the most of your life. My favourite part was the motivation section, in which the author explains that your everyday routine can affect the way you live, from your job and relationships to your habits and good deeds, every minute of everyday can be an inspiring moment. There are ways explained so you can get rid of negative emotions and turn your life around to push forward positively. Thinking positively can change your life and make you feel great no matter what.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I couldn't turn it off. I have also gone back to certain parts of the book to write notes and ideas.

Yes, just because it is easier to listen to the details and really get to imagine what the author is describing.

What did you like best about this story?

The book covers all areas of knee pain including the causes such as arthritis or impact to any part of the knee from bone and cartilage to tendons and ligaments, treatments that are both medical and natural, exercises to strengthen the knee and preventions to stop the pain from returning.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I loved the treatments section. Not only are medical and herbal remedies suggested, there are also a large range of exercises described, as well as motivational exercises so you can rehabilitate mentally as well as physically. The author also recommends a change in diet and nutrition, as this can affect your core strength as well as joints, muscles and bone strength.

Any additional comments?

This book is perfect for anyone looking to overcome their knee pain. Things you wouldn't think of have been covered in detail by the author and the book can really help you to improve your life.

What did you like most about Swimming: Swimming Made Easy?

This is an incredible guide for swimming aimed at both beginners who want to learn to swim as well as experts who want some advice on their swimming technique. Every swimming stroke is covered in detail, with easy to follow guidance and practices. I have tried out the techniques that Ace McCloud described and they are really effective for improving the way you swim. The author also covers healthy eating and nutrition and other exercises which can help you to become a better swimmer. No matter if you are still learning or already experienced, this book is great for everyone wanting to improve their swimming.

What did you like best about this story?

The chapters are spread out nicely so the book is enjoyable to listen to. As each stroke is broken down in detail, it really helps you to understand and imagine everything that is being described, from body movements to breathing methods.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I particularly loved the breast stroke section, as this stroke is one of my favourites but I constantly find it difficult to perfect. After trying some of the techniques and practices described by the author I feel that I am improving in my breast stroke!

Insightful, helpful, interesting

What did you like best about this story?

There are many parts to this book which are fantastic. The author brings in-depth knowledge in to the causes of back pain, the different types and areas of pain and most importantly, treatments including medicine, natural methods and exercises which can even help to prevent future pain.

Have you listened to any of Joshua Mackey’s other performances? How does this one compare?

His voice is easily understandable for those who speak English, he makes the book easy to follow by speaking clearly and the book is even more enjoyable with his performance.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

In my opinion, back pain is one of the worst physical discomforts and can really cause suffering. This book helps readers understand more about the spinal cord and back, reasons and causes of pain, a variety of treatments and even prevention methods. I have been doing the exercises directed in the book and I am feeling a difference already, so for that I am definately laughing. I want to thank the author for piecing together this book to help people with back pain in a really positive way.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this to anyone suffering from even the slighetst of hip pain, I have been looking for good information on hip pain for months and this is truly the best I have found. It covers all areas of hip pain including causes, symptoms, maintenance, treatment, exercises, prevention and motivation. Now I know what is causing my pain and the best ways to try and get back to full health. The book has motivated me in to feeling better about my pain and trying to overcome it.

Joshua Mackey's voice is always smooth, understandable and easy to listen to, making the book more enjoyable.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The exercises and stretches are particularly useful and the whole book has changed my thoughts on the pain. I feel more motivated to do something now that I understand more.
