Persevere it does get better. At first I found my thoughts wandering until about more than half way through the story.

Well read by the narrator lots of twist and turns but the story was drawn out. It took patience to get to the end.

I had a panic attack 4 years ago. Understanding how your brain works helps me combat the side affects left over from this attack eg anxieties, claustrophobia etc. Next stop mindfulness - thanks ruby

Clarissa has a pleasant voice and the gentle music in the back ground is relaxing.
However I was snapped out of my relaxed state when hearing grammar errors.
I expected more.

Powerful, book. Shonda talks about issues she has, that we all have and helps you understand how it to overcome. She writes in a witty laugh out loud way. I will definitely listen again!!!

Well written but a bit drawn out at times. I enjoyed the narrative and being English had to get used to those American accents which were clearly defined by character. Would make a good film
