I enjoyed this so much I'm reluctant to listen the next in the series! The characters are believable and fun, the story keeps you interested to the end.

This book gives you a huge array of practical, useful and realistic techniques to help you avoid diet pitfalls. I loved it - because the author is not selling a diet - but they puts it to you straight - to have a good hard look at all the things you do that stop you from losing weight. He helped me realise I can't eat foods I'm addicted to everyday and still lose weight - and also that I need to be brutally honest with myself in order to successfully lose weight and keep it off. No easy fixes offered - just good sensible advice for how to change your behaviour for the better. Highly recommend.

Great !I heard mediatarrinean food is healthy and helps to spike blood sugar, so I got this book. I have serial receipe books and usually they are ok but this book!!!!! Amazing!!!!!! Wow! Amazing one! Great to listen! Thanks

This book provides a very good place to begin and has better explanations that much of the information I found searching online about a good diet for anyone. In reviewing the book I found that this would work for my diet, but also for anyone desiring to eat a more nutritious diet. I started approximately a weeks ago and am getting better at following the diet. I've lost 2 pounds so far as this is big change in my diet. I would recommend this book as a source for anyone wishing to improve their health, slow the progression , or just to eat healthier and lose weight.
