So many times that I read a western, or historical fiction, I imagine myself there and how I would react to that time. Well, I was able to live those thoughts through Janelle. I loved the ties to the 20th century, yet how Janelle struggled to fit in in the 1800's. I could not put this book down. I was hooked for the first chapter and I did not stop until. it ended. Aaron is a gentleman, but a very dominant one. I loved the interaction between Janelle and Aaron. Janelee struggled to fit into the 1800's and Aaron accepted that she was not accustomed to his ways. He was so willing to train her though. This is like an opposites attract because of the time difference. There is a hint of the Lake House and I really loved every twist and word. This was such a fun listen.

Gideon Welles reads a little slower than I like, but he is the perfect Aaron. His grizzly voice brings out the roughness of Aaron, yet still makes him tender. Gideon has a great female voice that is smooth and easy to distinguish. Gideon has truly found his niche with the cowboys. I cannot imagine a better narrator for this story.

Imagine having two handsome billionaires fighting over you. That is the situation Harper is in. In a way Christopher is taboo. Even though they are not blood related, it still seemed taboo to me. But Christopher and Harper's feelings are deeper than a sibling love. Sutton will stop at nothing to win Harper over. This love triangle is intense and so fun to follow. I loved all the different dynamics of these three. This story had me hooked from the first chapter.

Erin Mallon is an amazing narrator. Ms. Mallon brings this story to life. Ms. Mallon keeps all the characters voices distinct and easy to follow. Her male voices are smooth and perfect for the characters as I imagined them. Ms. Mallon's narration enhanced this story. I look forward to hearing more from Ms. Mallon.

Carrie returns hom to clear her father's name from the wrong that has been done. As she searches for proof, she uncovers deceit, death and the truth. Carrie is so determined to find out the truth but she does not know who to trust. So when her old boyfriend, Mark, offers help, she is weary. I love the push and pull between Carrie and Mark. It adds to the story as they try to work out their past, while trying to figure out their future. The suspense is very intense in this story, the romance is heart warming and the twists will have you wanting more.

Savannah Peachwood really brings this story to life. Ms. Peachwood has a great voice and can easily separate the characters. She brings the hang on the edge of your seat suspense and keeps the drama and emotions flowing. I always enjoy listening to anything Ms. Peachwood narrates.

I never wanted this book to end. I could not get enough of Lindsey and Drew. Lindsey is sent away to protect her father's political career. When she is brought home, to help him reach the presidency, her memories start to return. Her attack is gruesome, hard to get through, but it weaves this story together. I was captivated from the first chapter and I could not let go until the end. Talk about a book hangover. Drew and Lindsey have a past that they both survived, but each one remembers it differently. As the tangled web unravels, my heart broke more for the two of them. The suspense enhances the drama and all the feels. This is one rollercoaster you do not want to miss.

Andi Arndt and Sebastian York are an amazing narrating team. The first book is all Andi, the second book is all Sebastian, but the last book is both of them. The narration was amazing. Hearing Andi as Lindsey truly brought her to life. Sebastian narrates Drew's point of view in such a gripping way, I felt as if I was there inside the book. When Andi and Sebastian narrate the third book together, it is the perfect combination to conclude this intense story.

I had no idea what fluff was. OH BOY was I as shocked as Mallory when I found out. This is a laugh out loud story that I could not stop listening to. Mallory has such a wit about her. I loved her quick responses and complete attitude towards her "new job". But the broadcast in the coffee shop had me in stitches. It is something I could totally see myself doing! Perky is introduced in this story and I could not wait to listen to her story as well. Julia Kent writes such fun romances, I cannot wait to read more.

Erin Mallon narrated this story with so much personality. Ms. Mallon brought out the great wit for Mallory. I enjoy listening to anything Ms. Mallon narrates. She has a great voice and narrates at a perfect pace. The overall experience of this story was enhanced by the narration.

5 Stars is not enough for this series. OMG, I laughed so hard. One stupid mistake can haunt you for life, and Perky is living that truth. When she sees her opportunity to take revenge, will she follow through, or fall for her old flame? This is a total second chance romance, with so much fun, I could not stop listening. I loved every word and devoured this book in a day! Julia Kent delivers a rom com like no other. Mix a scorned woman with a man who is political and let the laughs begin.

Erin Mallon nailed this narration. She has such a great voice. Ms. Mallon easily keeps the characters distinct and so much fun to listen to. She gives each one personality and brings them to life. Ms. Mallon's narration enhanced the experience of this story.

This was my first introduction to Cotton Creek, and I cannot wait to read the others. Grady Judd is a ladies man and it is well known in the town. I love characters with a haunting past that brings drama into their present. Grady and Charley both have pasts that must be dealt with. Each one has an issue they bring to the table, but that does not stop them from capturing the reader's heart and not letting go until the end. I am looking forward to reading more by Ciana Stone.

J. Scott Bennett narrated Grady exactly as I imagined him to be. Mr. Bennett brought Grady to life and truly brought out his personality. Mr. Bennett has a great voice for a cowboy. He was easy to listen to and very enjoyable to hear. I look forward to hearing more from Mr. Bennett.

This story had me hooked for the beginning. Claire is a sweet, obedient wife that only wants a family. When her husband left her at an asylum, the story really hooked me. I was just as lost as Claire as to what happened and why he left her there. In her time, women did not have a voice and there were not many supports for them. It was fascinating to hear about the world that Claire lived in, how asylums were and how they treated patients. At times it was so hard to read, but I could not stop, I had to find out more. I kept hoping for something or someone to save Claire. This is a must read.

Amanda Newcomb narrated Claire as I imagined her. Ms. Newcomb brought out the sweetness in Claire and her determination. Ms Newcomb has an easy to listen to voice. I found myself lost in the narration to the point that I felt as if I was part of the story. I hope to hear more from Ms. Newcomb.

Through Mary's letters to her best friend, her whole life is revealed. This was such a unique way to tell a story. Each letter told us of Mary's hopes, dreams, regrets and sufferings and loss. Mary is open with her friend about everything in her life. From the troubles with her oldest child, who is not quite right, to the youngest, Mary and Jack's children grow up through these letters. Mary's struggles as she tries to obey her husband and do the best for her children are all written down. Through Mary's words, I cried and felt my heart break along with her. Her accounts of the events that happened during her era brought out how it was to live during those times. Be prepared to feel all the emotions as you follow Mary's life. I loved this story and could not stop listening to it. I hope there will be more "letter" stories because I really enjoyed this format.

Pam Dougherty narrated Mary exactly as I would have imagined her speaking. Ms. Dougherty was able to narrate Mary as a young lady through her older years amazingly. Ms. Dougherty truly seemed to age along with Mary. It truly felt as if Mary was reading the letters directly to me. I loved everything about this narration. I hope to hear more from Ms. Dougherty.

Jade has guts! She stands up to Zander, who is about to renovate her building to protect the stairs that her parents fell in love on. That is only the beginning of this romance. I love the banter between Jade and Zander. The cameos from the other characters in the series was a great glimpse into what they are doing now. I really enjoyed this last book in the series. It really tied up all the books, and created a happy ever after for the series. I could not get enough of all of these characters. Zander and Jade are a fun couple. You would not expect them to get together, but once they do, you will not want them any other way. Jade is a fiesty, head strong woman, who gives Zander a run for his money. This was such a fun story, I could not stop listening.

I loved the consistency of one narrator for the entire series. Once again, Melissa Schwairy brings this story to life. Her easy to listen to voice, helped me get lost in the story. Through her narration, I felt as if I was right there within the pages. I look forward to listening to more from Ms. Schwairy.
