Used for Anxiety, Insomnia and Sinus Tachycardia
Got this for someone with interrelated problems of anxiety, insomnia and sinus tachycardia. It helped a lot with the anxiety side of things which in turn helped the others. Dr Lewis speaks calmly and confidently giving advice on practical steps that worked well to enhance confidence.
