Heather has some great recipes in here. The 3-week meal plan works well if you stick with it, in my opinion not hard to do because the recipes are so good. Great to add more veggies to the diet, whether you are totally plant-based or not.

This book is essential for starting a Ketogenic Diet. Leanne writes it so that is easy to navigate and helpful tips especially for women. Not a lot of books are geared toward a woman's approach at Keto. I have sent this to my Father and a good friend as gifts. So far I am feeling great and am already down 7lbs in two weeks. I would highly recommend The Keto Diet to anyone struggling with health related issues.

Numerous illnesses begin with the aggravation procedure this book tell you the best way to return to eating in a more beneficial way. I myself experience the ill effects of joint pain which is an illness brought about by aggravation so I was extremely grateful to discover a book that would empower me to bring down my irritation.
