This book is a must read. It will give you fresh perspectives on how to deal with technology in a healthy way while making the most of it. It refuses to bow down to pressure from society and companies whose business is based on your attention, your time, and your mental health.

Excellent advice.

Excellent advice. Probably a bit too specific to the authors’ own company and experience, but still very relevant to most people. The swearing is a bit much. Overall I really enjoyed it.

Good read. Common sense rules.

It was an overall good read. Peterson is a good narrator as well.

The rules are common sense and grounded in things most people of faith have always known to be true.

My only problem was that the author would often go on massive tangents so that at some points you’d find yourself wondering what was the rule about anyway. Sometimes he draws it all together and you get why it took him so long to get to his point. Sometimes you get the feeling that he’s just filling up space and/or he just wants to tell a good story that’s no strictly related to the rule in question.

I still recommend most people read this. It’s a good book, full of insight and it will definitely stimulate your thinking.
