This SHTF PREPPING guide change my perspective. Right after I read it, I thought, “I need to change how I live should all hell break lose.” It’s a matter of knowing the necessary skills than buying the stuffs. The book has good techniques outlined. Better check them out.

The book has plenty of great stuffs to share about outdoor survival. While some of the hacks may be simple, they are crucial for survival. I appreciate Gavin Williams for being thorough in his discussion.

This book made a perfect timing. Felt so burned out after several travels I made concerning work and I thought of yoga to wind down. It’s totally-free and easy to follow. Plus, this book has been helping me since my first day. I didn’t even feel awkward as I was able to follow the poses right in a jiffy. What more can I ask for?
