this was a amazing book that made me love the historical side of it. one of the scenes i was waiting to see was the first time Sarah and Emily meet Matthew, it was good there for i enjoyed it. i will be buying the next book of the series soon.

this was a story off live and loss and it maid me cry and laugh. to the end i was left with tears wanting to form it was so breath taking yet so sad.

this book was a good one and it pains me to think that i will have to wait to buy the next one. also it makes me sad that there is only one more book left in this interesting series. it has made me enthusiastic about listening to the mortal instruments.

I love she shadow hunters tv show and I wanted to get into the books. This is a great storyline that will add some context before I listen to the mortal instruments. it is based in england which i relate to since in from Manchester in the north of england. Although it is based in the south of England I feel that I relate to these charcters on. I can't wait to see how the storyline progress and the characters progress

love the series, this book espesally. love the characters which each are unique With breath taking back stories. I would listen to this again and in my opinion it is just as good if not better than the first book. everyone should read this book.
