Excellent recipes! I have been eating a plant based diet for almost two years, although my husband does occasionally eat meat. We have both enjoyed each recipe I have made from this book. Most of the recipes require a fair amount of prep time in the kitchen, however the ingredients used are basic and easy to find in my local grocery store.

This book is life changing & has healed my body. I have lead a very healthy lifestyle- primarily a vegetarian for 40 yrs - - exercise, never smoked, organic for decades- but a health issue made me rethink my entire way of life- my daughter just happened to be listening to the podcasts with the author- and said I should look into this. I did- and did some research on the side & the lightbulb went on! This book is easy to follow & read
