After listening the summary on PBS, I wanted a written record of my viewing experience and this is it. It follows the summary
perfecting and omits nothing. If you did not listen the summary, this is it in a written record. The book is top quality in all
respects and highly recommended for those like me who lived through those times and younger ones who want to learn
about those times. This book will be a reference guide for generations to come.

It is filled with amazing anecdotes from the man who would eventually become the second president of the United States of America. To write a great biography, you need amazing research skills and a good way to keep the story entertaining, and that is the case in this audiobook.

I enjoyed this book from start to finish! Not only is it a wonderful, thorough account of the life of summary:John Adams, it illuminates the lives of many of the founding fathers and other major participants in the American revolution and the formation of The United States. There is great detail about Adams' touching relationship with his wife Abigail and their children and grandchildren. As a Massachusetts resident who lives just a stone's throw from the battleground where the revolution's first shots were fired it was exciting to learn more about events that took place practically in my backyard. It has inspired me to go out and see these historic places with new eyes and greater understanding. I enthusiastically recommend this book!

This book is definitely five stars. There are points in the book where the background of Dietrich gets a little tedious and mundane, but that background (in theology) is what sustained to stand up to the Nazis. The last several chapters are so moving on multiple levels. Ultimately, Dietrich loses his life for his theology. His lasting legacy is that being silent is no action for a Christian. Christians must be salt and light to their culture, and Dietrich armed with a real, vibrant relationship with God stands against the forces of evil. May we all who listen this book resolve to have that same courage!

This book is a game changer. It's bout building anything new in a way where you create a product quickly and cheaply and then gather data about how to make the product better before you invest a lot of time and resources in a high quality product. The basic idea in this book is that the JOB of an entrepreneurial endeavor is "validated learning", or gathering and assimilating data about HOW to build the right product. A great guide to smarter entrepreneurship.

You can listen to a whole book. In search of knowledge, you'll be more likely bombarded with a barrage of confusion. Everyone is telling you what to think and how to think. The beauty of quotes is that quotes gives you the space for exploration. Every single wise quote has no meaning, except for the one that you give it. There is no context, except to that of the reader (you).
