A thought provoking, mind altering, book. Lovely voice to listen to and without a doubt i will listen again and again and again. Robert has finally unlocked my self talk and given me the tools to listen to my higher inner self. Wish I had listened to this much sooner.

Thought Provoking and Fascinating
Thoroughly worthwhile book, full of good ideas, useful tools and exercises and quite inspirational. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a healthier relationship with themselves
