Full of incredible characters, amazing athletic achievements, cutting-edge science, and, most of all, pure inspiration, Born to Run is an epic adventure that began with one simple question: Why does my foot hurt? In search of an answer, Christopher McDougall sets off to find a tribe of the world's greatest distance runners and learn their secrets - and in the process shows us that everything we thought we knew about running is wrong.

Open your eyes to an alternate view on both human evolution and WHY you should run. Get motivated.

Started this book wishing it was shorter, and finished wishing it was longer.

Why is this not a movie.

Brilliant book, i've always loved Dr Peterson and thoroughly enjoy hearing him speak in interviews and podcasts so thought I'd try this book out. Packed pull of great knowledge and stories, with a great use of words, this is a book I'll likely need to remind myself to listen to again and again. The only point I wish to make is that if you are not well read or educated you may need to concentrate or 're-listen' to parts (as I did haha).

Overall great to settle your mind and realise life and it's many obstacles and routes.

I've listened to gary pretty much every day for over 6 months, that's what hooked me in, but not what kept me listening. Sure I could listen to gary all day but the content and the value of this book is amazing. Whether you are a new business wondering which medium to start with or have been around for a few years and are established, this is the book for you. It has stories and details about every social media form you could use. Give it a listen and get inspired!
