Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No. The direction of the story was revealed far to early.

What was most disappointing about Paul Torday’s story?

You can see where the story is going early on but the hero who is ex Special forces is so thick he can't see it till the 11th hour. So you spend most of the book waiting for the inevitable to happen.

What about Jonathan Keeble’s performance did you like?

Jonathan Keeble has a great voice and brings the characters to life, just a shame the writing didn't give him more to work with.

Did More Than You Can Say inspire you to do anything?

Yes avoid Paul Torday novels

Full of twists and turns

Where does Suspicion rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This was my first listen to Joseph Finder, what a fine. He is up there with Lee Child, Michael Robothom etc. I will definitely be listening to more from this author.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Suspicion?

This story kept changing direction and you were never sure who was a good guy.

Have you listened to any of Jeff Harding’s other performances? How does this one compare?

Jeff Harding is one off my favorite narrators he always brings the stories to life. Once again here he delivered a 5 star performance.

If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

If it seems to good to be true....It probably is!

Any additional comments?

Great story top performance looking forward to hearing more.

The story had a good pace.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

The ending seemed a bit rushed, as if the author had run out of ideas.

What about Sean Barrett’s performance did you like?

Sean Barrett has a great voice and really brings anything he reads to life.

If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Never enter the the woods alone!

What did you like most about Blood Echoes?

The story although disturbing as it's a true story, is well researched and well written. Truth is more disturbing than fiction. The writer gives a well balanced account of events looking back at the lives of the characters prior to the event happening. This gives the listener a chance to better understand how events transpired.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Blood Echoes?

The brutality of the events.

What three words best describe Kris Koscheski’s performance?

Bland

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No

Any additional comments?

Worth a listen for the story unfortunate that the narrator is a bit flat in his delivery.

Joe who is a clinical psychologist helping people repair their broken lives, but he is a man who's life is far from perfect.

What about Sean Barrett’s performance did you like?

Sean Barrett has a voice like velvet soft yet powerful and helps bring whatever he reads to life.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Having listened to all of Michael Robotham's books on Audible I couldn't wait to hear this one and I listen at every opportunity.

Any additional comments?

The only disappointment was when it finished. I may have to wait another year for a new installment!

Craig Russell keeps going fro strength to strength. I love Lennox and Fabel both great characters. In Dead men and broken hearts Lennox is still trying to distance himself from the gangland side of Glasgow in the 1950's. Trouble is never far away and Lennox no matter how hard he tries is a magnet for trouble. This time it could be one case to many as Lennox contemplates returning to his homeland of Canada but can he survive long enough to do so?
