And mistress Miranda made me give this review so there is a bigger change on getting a second season.

The story is OK but the narration was mediocre.

The story gets of with a great start but the further along the story got the less and less coherent and more action oriented with less depth. But what for me the worst part was was the Dutch accent that the narrator used. I think he listened to Mike Meyers in Goldmember rather than doing any research. All in all, good main characters, plot who's flame burned out and dodgy (Dutch) narration.

Thoroughly loved it.

When i heard the first episode I was afraid that it would turn corny but instead the quality of the storylines, the delivery and the running gags improved immensely. I just could not stop listening and binged my way through it.

Even though I love the stories Ben Collins shares, his advanced driving tips elude me simply because 1. I do not have the car to do them with, and 2. if I had one, verbal instructions on how to parallel park a car while sliding it in just to not work for me.
For me I'd have loved more stories and less instructions.

I loved listening to this book. I very much liked Coben's story but I truly loved Steven Webber's narration. He made this listen for me!

is it Jack Reacher? No it is John Milton

I am glad that I decided to try the second JM installment for this book definitely has more bite and body than the first book. I love Dawson's style of writing, however I was a bit disappointed when I found out that this book has been a set up for book 3. A well, now I have to buy that too.

I loved the first two-thirds of this book. Peter May's paints a very atmospheric description of China (both culture and history) and Peter Forbes' narration is excellent. However, in the last third the plot feels rushed whilst the romantic developments introduced in that third are clumsy and distracting from the otherwise very entertaining storyline.

i really liked 'Run' and therefore bought 'False Positive' without a single doubt, especially since it was narrated by Jon Lindstrom. 'False Positive' however, has a bit of an unbalanced feel to it for me: too many plot developments are left open or unexplained which made it hard for me to appreciate the story.
