I like how it covers all the most significant data about each of the chakras and some briefing on each chakra's stones, recuperating properties, mantras and many more!

I am the president of an organization in the campus and I will have talks that should motivate the people to follow. This book may be short but it is concise and it has everything I need to understand in order to learn how to persuade. I am most likely the one whom they will follow so I gotta make sure I am good at this kind of communication.

This is an incredible asset for both the accomplished and beginner lean six sigma specialist. It's short enough to skim rapidly yet itemized enough to invigorate my memory and help me consider elective ways to deal with critical thinking. By and large, Very valuable for a speedy reference on lean six sign tasks. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I'll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book. Thanks to creator.

The main goal of the book is to outline the steps to change. Although helpful, there are too many "what if" scenarios listed. They made me as a listener try to apply all of those different situations to myself. I would rather build my own ideas about the questions in my own mind. It is also possible that a reader with depression or anxiety may become more so by all of the situational examples given. The author could have given them an example of something that they had never thought about before. It could possibly have an adverse affect.

Emtions can drive your life more than what you think. And being smart is not all. This book shows how can emotion can be intelligence, that if your are not aware of them, even though your high IQ, your life could end up on misery. Excellent book easy to listen, and understand. Some brain images needed to see inteconnections between amigdala, hipocampus, neocortex but that's all. I recomended this book to every body no matter what you do for a living how ¨smart¨ or ¨dumb you are. Because like the author says sometimes smart is dumb.
