Here is an accessible, clear explanation of the true meaning of self-esteem, the relation of reason and emotion, the nature of free will, and the powerful impact of self-esteem on motivation, work, friendship, sex, and romantic love. This classic work is fresh, contemporary, and as vital and powerful as the day it was written. It remains a revolutionary contribution to man's understanding of himself.

This book gives an amazing insight into the processes and actions that lies behind the development of self-esteem in a person (Not a self-help book).

Sometimes I have some difficulty focusing my attention on the books I listen to as I am usually at work, this one didn't lose me at any point.

Absolutely a recommended listen.
