the ratings for this series are amazing. and when this taster arose for free, I took it on. but I only listen to an hour and half before I gave up. I just can't see what all those great reviews see. it did nothing for me at all. so sorry.

Ab fab. really really good.

I am not a huge fan of the James Emma James Emma James Emma... you'll understand that when you read it. And the narrative by Edwardo always sounds so full of "despair" . I know they are in a desperate situation but there is some happier moments but still the tone of despair never ceases. saying all of that I still rate it very highly and will by the third the moment available.

it took a fair bit of resilience to keep going initially. but a few parts warmed up, then it cooled again, then warmed up... then cooled and it was like that for much of the journey until about ⅔ of the way through when it really heated up and cooked on gas till the end.

Absolutely Tremendous! loved it.

Beautifully narrated. wonderful characters. Interesting and unique story. This science fiction thriller is well worth a punt. Its certainly up there with some of the best I've read. But the ending, did shock me a bit, fairly abrupt and left wide open for the readers imagination. And unfortunately I just can imagine what it could of been, so it actually left me pretty tortured.

Great book. loved it.

Michelle, your writing inspired , and moved me. I never normally read works like this, but I did read Baracks 'Dreams of my father': and this, I have to say is soooo much better! 😉 (Sorry Barack) I now await a similar work by him talking about his 8 years in office., with all the juicy detail of what it's really like to be Commander & Chief. Thanks to you all, the first family. Your just amazing. John from (UK)
